Florian Jung
is a professional windsurfer, environmental advocate, and social entrepreneur. He has been a prominent figure in the international windsurfing scene for over two decades, competing in events like the PWA World Tour and achieving top rankings in wave sailing. Beyond his athletic career, Florian is deeply committed to environmental causes.
In addition to his environmental efforts, Florian co-founded the non-profit organization Ein Band für Bildung with his wife, Marie Christen. This initiative supports education projects in South Africa, including the Inspire Hub in Cape Town, which offers after-school programs and workshops for children.
Dr. Stefan Raab
is an expert in change management and digital transformation. With over 25 years of experience, he supports organizations in navigating complex change processes. He holds a doctorate in sport science, education, and social psychology. As founder and managing director of VALUE-CHANGE GmbH and co-founder of fjutscha – The Game Changer, Dr. Raab combines systemic thinking with innovative approaches to help companies thrive in times of digital disruption.
Stefan is also active as a speaker and moderator, sharing his expertise in areas such as open innovation, design thinking, and systemic organizational development. With his extensive experience and interdisciplinary approach, He helps organizations successfully adapt to the challenges of digital transformation.
Michael Preßer
is a German filmmaker and producer with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of cinematic storytelling, social engagement, and intercultural design. As founder and creative director of the award-winning NGO-based agency fugeefilms and the commercial production company FRAMEKIT, he has developed and produced a wide range of impactful media projects bridging art, activism, and education.
Rooted in years of voluntary work with refugees from Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine and Eritrea, Michael initiated several film training programs for and with migrants in Germany—creating real pathways into the national media and creative industries.
